Check-in took the longest time ever!!! Housekeeping can't even manage to provide adequate towels or make up a sofa bed for a family of four. No hot water? And the smelly steam room is a complete turn-off!!!

The staff was super helpful, especially the Indian lady at check-in. The heated outdoor pool was great for kids, and the restaurant served tasty food. I loved the sofa bed in the Superior Queen Room. The hairdryer and toiletries were nice touches. Both breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of delicious options!
